SUMMER & AILEEN SATUSHEK
TRAVELING TO THE OTHER SIDE - IN MEMORY OF ORION SATUSHEK

June 19th 2006

In this place we know where we are
But we long to travel to the other side
To the other side of life
To the other side of death

Beautiful ladies get old and die
Dragons lurk in the sky
Orion travels to the other side

Angela waits by a magic mushroom
Larry's on a wall between the worlds
Jason and Caroline wonder why
And Andy Walks in a dream

The Church of Dagon
Will swallow your soul
And shred your mind
You'll scream in terror
Of the other side

The Fiddler leaves the stage
The Clariboronist begins to play
Only the Cat hears the song
Of the cosmic strings
On the other side.

The Poster Art of Mark S. Brinn

June 5th 2006

Well, it's about time! We know many of you love our posters and for good reason...they rock!!! Mixing marketing with art can be tricky and we're lucky we have Mark S. Brinn beautifying Bellingham windows and walls with our rock show posters. His unique signature has made a great "mark" in the public eye and we're excited to exhibit a Nightlight restrospective with his framed posters on our own walls. The exhibit opens on MONDAY with music by Bill Lohse. Come with your compliments, he deserves it as do all the many bands that have been on our stage over the last year and a half.

Nightlight Lounge Current Exhibit:

Bellingham band Bill Lohse Accoustic Attack will be joining in on the festivities...
